Today India is one of the largest shrimp producers and exporters in the world. Seeing the losses in L. vannamei  farming, farmers are thinking to revert to growing P. monodon.

This presentation covers all the angles of of bringing back the P. monodon production and into the market space. Farmer’s perspective and preparedness will only decide whether bringing back black tiger shrimp production would prove to be a worthwhile decision for a blunder.
