এগ্রিলাইফ ডেস্ক: গত ২১ ডিসেম্বর ২০২৩ তারিখে জাতীয় একটি দৈনিকে “প্রাণিসম্পদ খাতে অস্থিরতা সৃষ্টির চেষ্টা” শিরোনামে একটি প্রতিবেদন প্রকাশিত হয়েছে; যেখানে বলা হয়েছে- ‘অ্যানিম্যাল হাজবেন্ড্রি (পশুপালন) কাউন্সিল আইন ২০২৩’ প্রণয়নের উদ্যোগ নিয়েছে ‘মৎস্য ও প্রাণিসম্পদ মন্ত্রণালয়’। প্রতিবেদনটিতে আরও বলা হয়েছে- গত সোমবার (১৭ ডিসেম্বর ২০২৩) সচিবালয়ে মন্ত্রণালয়ের সচিব ড. নাহিদ রশিদের সভাপতিত্বে অনুষ্ঠিত সভায় এ বিষয়ে নীতিগত সিদ্ধান্ত হয়েছে এবং এ সিদ্ধান্তকে স্বাগত জানিয়েছে- ‘বাংলাদেশ ডেইরি ফার্মার্স অ্যাসোসিয়েশন’ (বিডিএফএ) ও ‘বাংলাদেশ পোল্ট্রি ইন্ডাস্ট্রিজ সেন্ট্রাল কাউন্সিল’সহ (বিপিআইসিসি) বিভিন্ন সংগঠন।
