এগ্রিলাইফ প্রতিনিধি: শীতের আগে মৎস্য চাষে পুষ্টির ভূমিকা অত্যন্ত গুরুত্বপূর্ণ। এ সময় তাপমাত্রা কমে যাওয়ায় মাছের মেটাবলিক কার্যক্রম ধীর হয়ে যায়, ফলে তাদের খাদ্য গ্রহণের পরিমাণও কমে আসে। শীতকালে মাছের প্রোটিনের প্রয়োজনীয়তা তুলনামূলকভাবে কম হলেও ফ্যাটের পরিমাণ বাড়ানো জরুরি। কারণ, এই সময় মাছের শরীরে শক্তির চাহিদা পূরণে ফ্যাট গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ভূমিকা রাখে।
